Returns or exchanges must be unworn and undamaged, in original condition and packaging. Please note that this policy does not apply to custom orders, or items that have been modified at your request.
For orders placed within the US, and US territories
Returns and exchanges are FREE! For all returns, you will be refunded in full for the original cost of your items, including shipping charges (limitations apply, please see our return policy for more details). Exchanges will be shipped back to you via standard shipping service for no charge.
For all international orders (order shipped outside the US and territories)
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges and returns for free. You will need to pay the cost to ship any items back to our office. However, all the other good stuff applies to you! International orders can be exchanged or returned up to 365 days from the date of purchase, and original shipping charges will be refunded for full returned orders. We'll also pay to ship any exchanged items back to you.
